Portable CLINITEK Status+ Analyzer

This portable urinalysis analyzer is ideal for in-vitro diagnostic use for semi-quantitative or qualitative detection of bilirubin, blood (occult), creatinine, glucose, ketone (acetoacetic acid), leukocytes, nitrite, pH, protein, specific gravity and urobilinogen in urine samples. With Auto-Checks performed on every test, the device enhances confidence in clinical decisions. It reads only Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics urine test strips and CLINITEST hCG cassettes. The analyzer automatically checks each test strip for common sample interferences and strip identification for Siemens test strips. It also checks each strip for humidity to prevent reporting of falsely elevated results.

This analyzer improves data integrity by detecting common sample interferences and making a printed note of any potentially compromised result. No special training is needed to use the instrument. For the Quick Test, all the user needs to do is insert a dipped urinalysis strip or a Clinitest cassette into the analyzer and the result will be reported. If the Operator Name, Patient Name and Patient ID are entered, this information will also be reported.
