Facts about drinking water
When I write an article, original article, I like to write from my own experience rather from what I have heard.I know that drinking plenty of water is good for you.
So I have started several years ago to begin my day with a huge glass of water, about half a liter.
I am blessed living in the mountains and drinking water from the tab and also when I go to admire the sorroundings I drink it from the small rivers, which is the water from the glacier.
I feel much better since then.
So lets see some benefits about drinking water :
- mantain the pH balance, the body temperature, the metabolism, breathing
-prevents the constipation, heartburn, migraine, gastritis and ulcers, kidney stones, cardiovascular disorders, reumathoid arthritis, backache and osteoporosis.
It is required in excess amount by pregnant women and nursing mother.
Proper water levels in the body prevents the body from dehydration.
A number of skin problems can be perevented by taking adequate amount of water.
So those are just a few benefits about our ”should be free” source of living.
Clean air , clean water and clean food are the essential things for a healthy living.

@Ted Carter..everytime i feel thirsty i drink only water...so each day i woke up in the morning my first drink is a full glass of water, about half a liter...since i do that, should be about 4 years now, i never feel acid in my stomach or pain at the liver...so i truly encourage each one of you to drink water.

Our tap water is very dirty and unhealthy for many of us. That accounts for why we have cholera and other water borne diseases all the time. We spend the money we do not have buying bottled water. We also boil tap water and filter before drinking.

I agree with you Carmen that drinking water is very good for the body and everybody, you inclusive. Many people are so busy they forget to drink water. Others drink substances that are liquid but not water. If it is not water, it is not water and will not act like water.
Drink plenty of water to stay alive and be fresh.
