Most of the professional use two step cleaning process which involve a landscape-friendly cleaning agent known as Sodium Per Carbonate followed by an acidic based cleaner to make a right PH balance. • Don’t let the water stand on the Solid Wood Flooring for long time. If it has been raining, there is a chance that water puddles will appear on your deck. To prevent these puddles wipe the water completely from deck’s surface. Water absorbs the liquid easily and if water will stay there for a long time, it will absorb by the wood which will results into its damage.

• Check and repair the split woods timely.

•  Apply right deck cleaner to both horizontal and vertical surface after a certain time frame. Allow this cleaner to set down completely and then wash it thoroughly.

• Use a sander and smooth the rough spots particularly on the railings.

• Refinish the deck with a tinted deck stain. Apply the stain on a small area first to check that no damage or discoloration occurs.
