Nvidia GeForce RTX 3090 Specs

The very robust and powerful Nvidia GeForce RTX 3090 has 10,496 Nvidia GeForce RTX CUDA Cores, 24GB GDDR6X, and a boost clock 1.70GHz. It has a 384-bit memory interface and a 4.0 PCle interface.

Jen-Hsun Huang – the CEO of Nvidia, mentioned their Titan line, which indicated that the 24GB of memory leap is inspired by the Titan series only. This card has drawn inspiration not only for the specs but also for the presentation of the final product. The GeForce RTX 3090 follows the Nvidia Titan RTX, rather than the RTX 2080 Ti. Although the Nvidia’s Titan GPUs and the Nvidia’s gaming GPU is based on the same technical grounds, the Titan GPUs are higher in price and are specially made to focus on the content creators.

All these specifications point towards the raw qualities of Nvidia GeForce RTX 3090. In contrast, the Nvidia GeForce RTX 3080 has 4,352 CUDA cores and 11GB of VRAM. You may notice that the RTX 3090 is going to be more than twice as fast as the RTX 2080 Ti. However, the RTX 3090 is going to require more power to function smoothly. So, Nvidia suggests the users use at least 750W PSU for running the RTX 3090. And in case you’re planning to pair the RTX 3090 with a power-hungry processor, we’d recommend you use about 1000W units of PSU.

The power that the Nvidia GeForce RTX 3090 induces and the speculations that have been going around suggest that the card’s price will be about $2,000 or € 1,600.
