Diabetes mellitus signifies a metabolic disorder where the body becomes incapable of making right utilization of glucose that results in hyperglycemia, i.e. high blood sugar and glycosuria, i.e. sugar in urine.


The market is flooded with various medicines for treating diabetes. But mainly these are enriched with synthetic chemicals and manages diabetes poorly. The complications that you can face from poorly managed diabetes are -
