Does your cooking oil that keeps your family healthy?

negligence in the selection of it can be very heavy on the family's health.
Different types of oil is used in every part of the country
to cook. In central and western India, where peanut oil is mainly used, the
use of coconut oil in southern India and the use of sunflower oil and
indigenous ghee in Punjab-Haryana is common. By the way, every oil has its own
importance in terms of health.
Mustard oil
In most homes, mustard oil is used to make non-veg. It
contains 60 tons of Monounsaturated Fatty Acid (MUFA). There is 21
polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUPA) while 12 naturally saturated fat. Along with
this, it contains 6 omega 3 fatty acids and 15 omega 6 fatty acids.
For health: It is best used for heart patients.
For frying: right.
Advice: Always keep changing oil. Never use the same type of
oil.
Sunflower oil
In this, the amount of polyunsaturated fat (50-70ton) is
high. Especially the linoleic acid (cholesterol).
For health: This oil reduces the amount of both LDL and HDL.
It enhances oil immunity and brings energy to the body. This is very good for
skin. By using it the skin becomes shiny.
To fry: Not good, because polyunsaturated fat is heated and
turned into toxins.
Advice: Do not use the same type of oil. Make some food in
sunflower oil and some food in mustard oil. Keep changing oil in this way.
Soybean oil
This oil used in Central India is polyunsaturated fat.
Especially the alpha linoleic acid (5 nos).
For health: It is a good source of omega-3 which maintains
the balance between good and bad cholesterol. It helps in the prevention of
osteoporosis and heart disease, up to $ 5 a lot.
For frying: Polyunsaturated fats are heated and turned into
toxins.
Groundnut oil
This oil can be found in Barabar in many variables such as
refined, unrefined, roasted and cold-pressed, but in all, the difference
between nutritional value and health benefits can be seen. If you are using
this oil, then use roasted. This is the best in terms of health.
For health: The price of the second oil is found in which
vitamins, minerals and organic compounds are found. This oil is like a boon for
blood pressure patients.
To fry: Good.
Rice grain oil
Oil from paddy peel used in Japan and Korea is now also
making the place in India. It contains monounsaturated fat (41 nos). It is considered
the best of all oils in health terms.
For health: It is good. It also contains Orizal, which
reduces LDL. Also, Natural Vitamin E is found, which keeps the skin young.
To fry: Good.
Olive oil
At some point of time only this country, which works in countries
like Spain and Argentina, is now becoming popular due to its taste throughout
the world. It contains monounsaturated fat (76 tbsp). It is of several types.
Just like Extra Virgin (Olive was first compressed), Virgin (secondly pressed),
Pure (Processed) and Extra Lite (Low Flavored Processed Oil).
For health: This reduces total and LDL cholesterol. It also
affects body fat distribution.
For frying: Extra Virgin Oil is good for salads.

Coconut oil
There are many confusions about its use. It is saturated
fat, hence its limited use is advised, but a recent research claims that there
is no cholesterol due to the presence of vegetable oil.
For health: Okay.
For frying: is not right.
Advice: Use in combinations with other oils.
Palm Olive Oil
About Palm Oil, Center for Science says it has
monounsaturated fat, but the quantity of linoleic acid is low. It can be used
in a limited room.
