men? Well, you can target your marketing so that only men will see your
advertisement. Do you only ship to a handful of places? You can target your
advertisement, so it only shows up in locations to which you ship.

Historically, geographic location has been one of the
largest barriers to small-to-medium sized businesses when it came to marketing.
A television advertising campaign alone is expensive, never mind an advertising
campaign which is international.
The internet is available and widely used in most parts of
the world, and so digital advertising is naturally able to reach a wider
variety of people all across the globe. This is the primary reason why digital
marketing has got so popular; you are no longer confined by countries or
geographical locations.
You don’t even need to run your advertisement
internationally, either. All it takes is for a few people in a few different
places to engage with your advertisement and then it has the potential to go
viral and spread all across the globe.

Hands down, there is no other form of marketing which allows
you to engage directly with your customers. With digital marketing, engaging
with and getting to know your customers is all a part of the process. The
interactive nature of the internet means brands have meaningful insights into
their target audience, so they can optimize their services and offer better
products.
Social media platforms also allow you to build relationships
and brand loyalty with your customers, because you can help them there and then
with their problems and find out exactly what they have been looking for.
