the kind of process they undergo.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Extra
virgin olive oil is the highest and most premium variety of olive oil. It has a
high count of chlorophenols which makes it one of the healthiest fats to

not ideal for deep frying because it doesn’t have as a high smoke point
compared to other vegetable oils.
EVOO is
commonly used and is best for:

What about Virgin Olive Oil?
The

flaws of the fruit. It has also the same benefits, but pure olive oil has a
smoke point of 390⁰ - 470⁰, a lot higher compared to EVOO. It is also cheaper
compared to EVOO.

oil is a great substitute for vegetable oil because of its neutral flavor.
Thus, it can be used as all-purpose cooking oil.
You can use
pure olive oil for sautéing and roasting. Using pure oil will make the meat
more aromatic and will add a premium taste to the food too! When roasting and

Olive Pomace Oil
We have
heard of olive oil soap, moisturizer, and even furniture shiner. The use of
olive oil for industrial purposes is increasing making the industrial olive oil

This is
where pomace olive oil comes into the picture. Pomace olive oil is the oil
extracted from the olive pulp. It is notably cheaper compared to the other
varieties of olive oil.
On the side note, using olive pomace oil for cooking is not advisable because of the presence of solvents during the process.
