DICE has revealed that to u2fifa.com
of developer Factor 5 has released details on a number of cancelled remastered versions of the series. It looks like there are more re-releases on the cards, however. The ESRB, the US ratings board to FIFA 18 Points, has awarded 3 Star Wars titles that were originally released for the PS2 with new ratingsfor the PS3. The three games in question are Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith, Star Wars Racer Revenge and Star Wars: Starfighter. Each of the titles provides a different style of game within the Star Wars
universe. Star Wars Racer to Cheap FIFA 18 Coins Revenge is a sequel to Star Wars: Episode 1 Racer, and again involves high-speed pod-racing. Star Wars: Starfighter is a space combat game, focused on the battle of Naboo from Episode I: The Phantom Menace. Meanwhile, Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith was a third-person action title and official tie-in for the third part of the prequel movie trilogy.None of these titles however, were as good as their predecessors which is likely why they're releasing first. The
Rogue Squadron titles were far superior than Starfighter and the first podracing game dwarfs Racer Revenge. Even the direct tie-in to The Phantom Menace was better than Revenge of the Sith.Unfortunately, these re-releases will be simply that: re-released versions of the original titles. The games are unlikely to be remastered in any way. Instead, the relaunches are more likely to be released as PS2 Classics for the PlayStation Store. If you're more interesting in new Star Wars games coming up,
not to worry. DICE has revealed that their relaunch of the Battlefront series is roughly scheduled for a release in the holiday season of 2015. If that is too long to wait, here is some leaked pre-alpha footage to whet your appetite. What do you make of these potential re-releases? Are you likely to buy them? Or would you rather the effort was put into a remastered version? Let us know in the comments below.
