Traditional web
designers place the utmost importance on creating a site which functions
properly and contains the message which is needed. Now, in the days of
Web 2.0, more agencies are entering the online market and they are
looking for more creative ways to announce their presence.
Creative
web design is not something new, it is an advanced version of what
existed. However, instead of caring about the functionalities and the
contents only. A huge importance has been placed on the aesthetics of
the site as well, on how the website looks. This visual wow factor will
capture the fancy of the visitors and impress them more. It will help
them to distinguish your business from your competitors.
Think
of a signboard on the side of a road which has beautiful images, designs
and an attractive message and compare it with another which has a name
and a number. Even if you see both, you will remember the visually
pleasant billboard, simply because it was creative enough to catch your
attention.
Similarly, try to visualise two different websites
with one offering the texts and basic navigation to the users and the
other who has a beautiful header image slider with perfectly done
button, followed by a motley of videos, animations, texts, infographics
and more. The difference in the impressions they make is huge and people
will not even remember the first website, in all probability.

realised the importance of the internet and modern websites. Many of
these agencies started to look for employees who can deliver these
solutions and started to train other employees to become a full-fledged
web design agency. What they didn't realise that the visually appeal is
not the only thing and they also need to deliver the functionalities

design agency is worthless if they are unable to convert the design into
proper coding. It is a commonplace issue with inefficient coders when
they can't bring to life which the designer have created. If this is not
taken care properly, a crippled website will be born.
