Cox Email Technical Support – Get your email account up and running

• Type your Cox email id in the given field and click on continue.
  
• The reset password window will be displayed.
  
• Select the option Email address to get the instructions to reset your password on your alternate email id.
  
•  In case you don’t have an alternate email id, then select the Secret answer option.
  
• Give the secret answer which you gave at the time of setting up your email account.
  
• You will be asked to give your new password. Type your new password in the given field and click on rest password.
