must enquire about the objection. If the objection were found true then the
marriage cannot be solemnized at the marriage registrar office. Any of the
parties can file an appeal at the district court as a remedy in case the
objection was accepted. The appeal can be made within 30 days of acceptance of
the objection.
Step
4: Declaration
The declaration is
signed by both the parties who intended to get married in the marriage
registrar office. In presence of the marriage registrar officer, the
declaration is duty signed by the bride and the groom. After that the
declaration is duty signed by marriage officer.
Step5:
Choosing a Place and Form of Marriage
At a reasonable
distance or a marriage office the place of marriage can be decided by any of
the parties.
Step
6: Marriage Certificate
Certification of the
marriage can be availed from marriage registrar office after the marriage is
solemnized 30 days after the day of submission of the intended marriage
applications at the marriage registrar.
