CONNECTICUT ADVERTISING AGENCY WINS ‘PEOPLE’S VOICE’ AWARD

Connecticut advertising agency and website design and development agency mediaBOOM today announced that it’s website mediaBOOM received The Web by Awards People’s Voice Winner for Best Professional Web Site of 2006. The site received the award after in a public vote that saw over 300,000 votes cast.

The Web by Awards presented our Connecticut advertising agency website mediaBOOM with two honors this year: The Web by Award and The People’s Voice Award. While members of The International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences selected mediaBOOM as the Best Professional Web Site of 2006, the online community, also chose mediaBOOM.com as The People’s Voice. People’s Voice Awards garnered over 300,000 unique votes from netizens all over the world.

The Tenth Annual Web by Awards received a record number of entries from over 40 countries and all 50 states.

Founded in 1996, The Web by Awards are known worldwide for its famous five-words-or-less acceptance speeches.
