Want to move to Canada, listening to the amazing success stories of many immigrants who go there with the prospect of employment opportunities has become common now owing to the benefits and perks that you get once you become permanent resident of any place in Canada, that nominates you to come and settle in the province of your choice.

And the ladder that helps you reach and achieve your career peaks is the Comprehensive Ranking System, a tool that assesses your eligibility to come to Canada as permanent resident as it ranks and chooses eligible candidates based on whether they score well on the points system, based on the selection factors of age, work experience, proficiency in English language, educational qualifications as well as other additional factors such as arranged employment and adaptability factors.

Only if you manage to secure a good score, are you ranked well on the Comprehensive Ranking System. But, to be ranked even you will firstly be required to create your own Canada Express entry profile in the pool of candidates who are similarly interested in going to Canada as skilled worker.

When Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) conducts an Express Entry draw from the pool of applicants, the top-ranking candidates get an Invitation to Apply (ITA) for permanent residence in Canada. Performed every two weeks the Express entry draw decides whether you are scoring enough to be eligible for permanent residency, besides scoring 65 or more Canada Express Entry Points.

It is basically a dynamic and competitive system that motivates you to score more, because the more points you have managed to score, more are the chances of yours to receive an Invitation to Apply for permanent residence in Canada.

So, what are you waiting for, create an Express entry profile, that helps you further in gaining an additional 600 CRS points if you apply via any Express entry linked Provincial Nominee programs? Prior to your being assigned Comprehensive Ranking System score you must be eligible under three of the following economic class immigration programs:

1.      Federal Skilled Worker Class

2.      Federal Skilled Trades Class

3.      Canadian Experience Class

If you are a candidate in the pool you will be assigned a CRS score out of 1200. Factors like core human capital, skill transferability, and additional factors in relation to provincial nomination, a qualified offer for arranged employment, study experience from Canada, or French or English language competency. A maximum of 500 points are also granted for core human factors and an additional 1000 for skill transferability factors as well. Also, 600 additional factors are available for provincial nomination as well.
