Features Of Result Of CMAT 2016

Calculation Of Score For AICTE CMAT 2016 Result

According to the marking pattern of the examination, 4 marks will be assigned to correct answer and 1 mark will be deducted for incorrect answer. Net positive score will be calculated after multiplying number of all the correct answers by 4. Percentile, which forms the basis of selection for admission, will be calculated as per the formula - ((N- candidate’s rank)/ N) x 100, where N is the number of appearing candidates. Needless to say, higher the score in the examination better is the chance of final allotment.

Candidates are reminded that marks are inversely proportional to ranking in the merit list i.e. more marks in CMAT 2016 Result implies less rank in the list. Those who are selected after application of cutoff on the CMAT 2016 Scorecard will be asked to appear in group exercise, written ability test, and personal interview.
