Dubai is considered by many as the architectural wonder of the world owing to the impossible structures which Dubai has created. There are also some structures in Dubai which, previously, people thought were acts of god. Owing to such mega structures and high rise buildings Dubai has become the favourite tourist spot of the world but as per this blog post, it is a fact that people are prone to get tired from an unchanging tourist spot and a change is always needed to keep the cycle running.

Dubai is continuously catering to the needs of tourists with a fresh supply of awe-inspiring architectural wonders. According to analysts at Bayut.com this is necessary for Dubai as tourists are the basic pillar which facilitates a lion’s share to the economy of Dubai. So in order to keep the cycle going Dubai has to come up with the unique attraction every now and then.

Interestingly this year with the advent of Cityscape Global 2013, such development plans were unveiled which could even change the face of Dubai. Many property experts thought that if the announced projects were to be timely executed, like the delivery of rental apartments in Dubai Marina, then within five to six years in Dubai will have a completely different look.

The ruler of Dubai on the other hand is on a completely different level when it comes to the development of Dubai. Despite all the developments which dubs Dubai as the fastest developing country in the world, its ruler is of the view that Dubai has reached only 10 per cent of its potential regarding development and another 90 per cent is yet to be done.

What would Dubai look like when it reaches only 50 per cent of its development potential would be a futuristic city which could only be seen in the movies and I personally shudder to think what Dubai would look like when it reached 100 per cent of its potential.
