Arabian Ranches - A pet friendly community

by Julie Robert marketing analyst

With the initiation of a new community every two months, every other upcoming community beats the past community in luxury, amenities and working on solving any issues that other communities faced. Arabian Ranches is one such example which speaks of luxury drenched into mystery and lure of the desert yet supporting lush lawns and manicured landscapes. Stepping into this community transports you into a world of serenity, affluence and safety.

Arabian Ranches offers 4000 themed villas, with luxurious double storey villas possessing every intricate detail of the theme portrayed. The Arabian ranches deliberately focus on the ranch theme and it essentially gives you a desert’s rustic feel to it. Not just that it’s loaded with the usual amenities of any luxury community. It has a good choice of shopping, dining, and entertainment facilities. The retail centre is a massive shopping complex that comprises of twenty franchises and branded outlets. There are also hair salon, nail spa, a laundry and even a travel agency. There is a health clinic, a pharmacy and a beautiful and awe-inspiring mosque in the centre.

Arabian Ranches is an asset to the UAE realty market. The Arabian ranches also have an international standard golf course which is the city’s premier desert oasis style grass and sand gold course. It is designed by Ian-Baker Finch and Niclaus and gives the golfers a challenging time in terms of game play and a feast for the eyes. This Spanish style colonial clubhouse offers an exceptional bar and eleven guest rooms loaded with luxury, overlooking spectacular golf courses and terraces.

And as if all that is not enough Arabian Ranches is known essentially for a very safe and secure neighbourhood hardly reporting any robberies. That explains why the villas are in high demand for purchase and for rent in Dubai, reports Bayut.com. One unique incident though took the attention of the media, which was a half-hearted attempt at “dog-napping”. The very precious pets of a resident in Dubai had a couple of high-breed pooches costing Dh12000 each. The dogs were although subcutaneously micro chipped yet they couldn’t be located by the owner.

The Arabian Ranches authority and Dubai police extended their professional cooperation and found the dogs roaming around freely. The CCTV footage showed a pair of girls taking the dogs but leaving them after some time. The owner offered a reward price of Dh 10,000 on the returning or finding of the pet dogs. But as they say all is well that ends well, so with the cooperation of neighbours and the authorities the story had a happy end, stressing all the more on the reliability of authorities and the safety system of the community as its one of the very few pet friendly communities of Dubai.
