Since
the time of its inception, Apple and its management are always looking forward
to bringing changes in their organization for bringing the required prosperity
to their organization. The management take utmost consideration in each and
every process which has become obsolete and require changes within it.The
management of the Apple has been taking into the consideration both the
transformational as well as the incremental approach of the change for the
effective adaptation of the employees and all the related members within the
organization. There have also been many cases where the managers of the firm
have used the reactive as well as the proactive ways or the approaches of the

management for employing and
bringing about the changes within the organization.
Apple
has always maintained its policy and has stood strongly with it without making
any changes in them. Its policy of tuning earlier at the time of the year when
no radical changes were required has always given it an edge. All these
required to employ the methods such as the improvement of the processes,
bringing about a change in the policies which are unfavourable and also the
redefining of the hierarchy of the business as per the requirements. The
changes brought about in the Apple helped a lot to the firm to bring down the
cost of the production of the products with the help of the new and the latest
technology and thereby helped in the increasing of the revenues and the net
profit.
Within
the firm, the employee has seen all type of freedom which can be given to any
firm’s employees. The information also flows from all the level of employees
and to the every grade of the employees present. All are aware of what is going
on in the industry. Like the every other industry in the world, a time had come
for the Apple when it has to let go of the entrepreneurship and had to accept
the stewardship. (Nelson, 2002, pp. 149)At this time, Steve Jobs was replaced
and I his place, John Sculley was brought into the term for doing the
betterment of the company. He made a lot of organizational changes within the
company which led to the reduction of the cost of the production and also
atomized the entire process of doing the production with a lot of stress
booster for the improvement of the process.
Adaptation and the implementation of the new kind of technologies and becoming aware of the new and the latest type of the technologies which are emerging in the current era helps the then leader Steve Jobs to maintain the position of the company to a great extent. The implementation of the GUI technology brought about a revolution and helped the company to see much kind of changes within the company.
