• If there is a representative of the company, then he or she should also provide the required documents like the authority given by the company to the person representing them etc. Or the power of attorney that is signed by the company's head while authorizing them to carry out such deals. • In some countries, they may also need to stick a photograph along with a thumb print for better identification. In such a case, the land owner, the person representing the company as well as the witnesses would need to stick their photograph.
