CAT 2015 Result
The CAT 2015 is scheduled to be held on 29th November 2015. The candidates who take the exam will be able to check their CAT 2015 Result in January 2016. The CAT 2015 is being conducted by the IIM Ahmedabad. The CAT Result will indicate the composite score, sectional and overall percentile. The three sections of the paper carry equal marks. The candidates will be negatively marked for every wrong answer. There will be a deduction of 1 mark for every wrong answer and none for not answering a question. Each correct answer will carry 3 marks. The CAT 2015 Result will indicate the list of roll no. of candidates who have qualified to appear for the next round in the selection procedure. The list will only consist of the roll nos. of the candidates who have qualified the exam and not the marks obtained by them.
Check CAT 2015 Result Online
The candidates who have appeared for the exam will be able to view their result online.
The CAT 2015 Result will be published on the official CAT website.
The candidates will be required to check the result online as there will be individual result lists sent out.
The first step is to visit the official website of the IIM-CAT.
Click on the link indicating ‘CAT 2015 Result’.
Enter your CAT Id and password to log in to your account.
You will now be given a link to view your scorecard.
Click on the link to view your scorecard.
Make sure you take a print out of your scorecard for further reference.
Quick Pointers
The written test for the CAT 2015 will be held on 29th November 2015.
The written test is only the first step in the selection procedure for the CAT 2015.
The candidates who clear the written test with the required cut off marks will then qualify for the next round in the selection procedure.
Those who clear the cut off marks for the written test will be eligible for the Group discussion rounds and the Personal interview.
The final selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of the personal interview.
The cut off marks will be declared individually by the IIMs after the declaration of the CAT 2015 Result.
The result of the CAT 2015 will be final and binding. There is no provision for rechecking available.
The CAT 2015 will be released by the IIM on the official website.
CAT 2015 Result and scorecards is likely to be issued by IIMs in the month of January 2016. Candidates will be able to access the same on the official website by CAT 2015 by entering your CAT ID & password. Online CAT 2015 will held on 29 November 2015.
