Can a Wholesome Diet Reverse a Health Disorder?

Our eating habits influence our health and overall wellbeing. The food can either nourish or affect our bodies. India is a country with many people suffering from malnutrition and other nutritional disorders.

A balanced diet is recommended by doctors to improve health. Recommended Daily Allowance (RDA) is the average daily intake enough to meet the nutrition requirement of a healthy person. Anyone consuming lesser than the RDA levels is at risk of suffering from nutritional deficiencies.

Add a serving of nuts and seeds in your diet to boost your mineral levels. Nuts like walnuts, almonds, and cashew are the best source of omega 3 fatty acids. Flax seeds and chia seeds are the best plant-based source of omega 3 fatty acids. Beans and lentils are also rich in proteins and minerals. Sedentary lifestyle and consumption of junk food are leading to obesity and overweight issues. Daily exercise like running, power walk, aerobics can help to address this problem.
