It can be frustrating when you give a print command, and your printer is not responding to it. There can be multiple reasons behind it if your Brother printer is not responding to commands. Even when your printer is connected to the Wi-Fi, you are not able to send a command.

Without wasting any time, here we have listed a few steps you should take to resolve the brother printer offline mac issue.

Let’s get started.

The Solution to the Brother Printer Offline Mac Issue

  • First, you have to make sure that your printer is turned on and getting power.

  • Now, check for the papers in the tray and make sure there are enough of them.

  • Also, check for the paper jam in the printer and check the tray and inside the printer.

  • Check if the printer is connected to the Wi-Fi or not. If not, make sure the laptop and printer are connected to the same Wi-Fi network for the print command to work.

  • If you are using a wired printer, check the USB cable or reconnected it to the Mac.

  • And open the Print Queue on the Mac and delete all other print jobs as well.

  • Also, check if the printer is running the latest firmware released by Brother for that printer model.
