How do I get my computer to go from offline to online?

In case you are facing issues while you are facing Hp printer offline  

Click ‘start’ menu and click on ‘settings’

Then Click on ‘devices’ again click on ‘printer and scanners’

Now from the listed printers,

 Select and right click on your HP printer

Unchecked the option of “Use Printer Offline”

Check your printer is "Set as default printer"

Update your Printer
