Benefits of Mustard oil

When it comes to choosing the right oil, you have to make a choice from the traditional ghee, mustard, coconut, and gingili on one hand and on the other hand are Vanaspathi, groundnut and a number of vegetable oils such as Sunflower, Safflower, Corn, Canola, Soybean, Cottonseed, palm and Rice bran oil.

Every dish is savoured up the desi Indian Tadka and the main constituent is oil. Being organic, the mustard oil does not lose properties. It does not contain any adulterated element. -To keep body healthy and safe, it is mandatory to eliminate all harmful toxic elements and chemicals present in the body. It helps to evacuate the excess of toxins keeping up the well-being of the body.

- Sulphur is one of the best agents that treat skin infections. It contains sulphur which keeps the skin clean and healthy. Also, it has antifungal and anti-bacterial properties.

- Natural Oil reduces the Cholesterol level in the body. The excess of cholesterol is ejected from the body with the release of bile juices. Oil enhances the body release of acids and this creates a balance of cholesterol levels in the blood stream. In countries like India, mustard oil is usually used during winter. But if you cannot stand its strong smell, other better options are olive oil or almond oil. During cold months, heating the massage oil before using helps it be easier to apply

- If you have an extra sensitive skin, avoid using other oils that are rich in oleic acid, use mustard oil instead. This will also cause your skin and your baby's skin to be more susceptible to irritation and rashes.

While cold-pressed mustard oil is extracted by cold compression of mustard seeds, its useful oil is derived by distillation of mustard seeds soaked in water, and that is where the main difference occurs.
