Australia SubClass 190 (Skilled Nominated)by XIPHIAS IMMIGRATION migration executive
Skilled Nominated VISA is for all those foreign skilled professionals who are looking for a change in their career and who have been nominated by one of the employers in Australia or a relative of the applicant. Once the applicant receives the nomination he/she can proceed to apply for Australian Permanent Residency VISA. XIPHIAS Immigration, a MARA (Migration Agents Registration Authority, Australia) registered firm brings forward Australia SubClass 190 (Skilled Nominated) Visa program with which all those skilled professionals can reach out to relocate to Australia.
With this program, skilled professionals, once they get to relocate to Australia, they can live and work in Australia. However, they will have to work with that employer who provided the nomination for a stipulated period of time before deciding to move out. The successful immigrant will become a sponsor immediately after moving to Australia. Such a person can then invite or nominate his/her friends or relatives qualified enough for Australian PR. A person nominated will have good chances for obtaining their Australian PR. The successful immigrant gets access to national health insurance policy which helps the immigrants address their hospital and medical expenses. The immigrant will be qualified to apply for Australian Citizenship in 4 years of relocating to the country. The immigrant can bring his/her family along to Australia as Permanent Residents there. The resident children get access to free education in Australia, which is considered one of the best education systems.
To qualify for this program, the applicant will have to first submit their “Expression of Interest” into Australia’s skill select portal. XIPHIAS is registered immigration Consultants for Australia and hence can provide the required guidance for our clients. We, at XIPHIAS shall help our clients submit their Expression of Interest along with the required documents. The aspirant applicant will have to clear certain tests which include English language test too, which will be taken by an authorized agency appointed by the Australian Immigrations. We provide online and offline support for our clients to help them address the language test. XIPHIAS helps our clients prepare the set of documents required to be submitted into the skill select portal. These documents include birth certificate or lieu, education certificates, experience certificates and certificates proving one’s mental and physical health. Along with this, the applicant will also have to submit a certificate from the local bodies proving that the applicant has no dark background and is clean.
The application will be part of the skill select portal for a period of 2 years maximum. During this period, the applicant can make changes to his profile as would be required. However, any change made, should be backed by proper proofs. During this period, the applicant will receive the invitation to apply for Australian Permanent Residency. However, if the applicant doesn’t respond to a maximum of 2 invitations from Australia, then the profile will be removed from the skill select portal. The profile in the portal can be edited as would be required by the applicant during the 2 years. All this is also true for other Australia immigration Visa like VISA 491 or subclass 189
