• Step 1 - Submit an Expression of interest with SkillSelect system to be nominated by an Australian state or territory government agency to be sent an Invitation to Apply for permanent residence in Australia. This will permit the government of Australia to evaluate your business claims and come to a decision whether or not to nominate you for permanent residency.
• Step 2 - Ensure that you have all your proof of identity documents for you as well as other applicants. Also, you will be required to gather evidence of your assets as well as your business activities.
• Step 3 - You will be required to apply for this category of visa via online in ImmiAccount. To apply you need an Invitation to Apply or ITA, that will comprise of proper instructions about the submission of your visa application.
