Every aspect of any attire plays an equal and essential role in enhancing your persona. That is exactly why fashion has come to being prioritized over the decades. Just throwing on a top and trousers is not it. You got to pair it up with suitable hairdos, make-up and accessories. All of it is a judging criterion. You may have perfected your hair, face and jewelery, but other minor pieces can also create a significant difference!

Socks, for instance, may seem very menial and sports oriented, but putting on a pair with shorts and sneakers instantly hypes the ‘oomph’ factor. They are majorly positioned as sportswear, but evolving trends have begun portraying them in more versatile forms of add-ons. Moreover, they usually come in pairs of two or three, so the same prices make them even more appealing!

There have been swings in the socks industry as well. There was an era where the socks covered the leg till the calves, then there was this time when ankle lengths were a big deal, and now there is a blend of them all!

Similar to their woolen counterparts, stockings are accompaniments to shoes, but are much delicate and flexible. They are usually made from georgette or lycra so adhere to the shape of your legs, giving a sensuous touch to your overall get-up.

Stockings have gained so much momentum over the years that they are now a part of women’s wardrobe essentials. Who does not want to look sexy anyway!

Arm sleeves are likewise worn on your arms. So they are basically netted gloves, but elongated and minus fist coverage. They are majorly used by athletes as an extra support to their elbows or the muscles of your arms and as a shield against the penetrative UV rays of the Sun.

There are some more reasons as to why arm sleeves must be used:

  •          Proper Circulation
For some athletes, having a previous injury can result in poor circulation to a given area on their arms. These sleeves can help athletes get better circulation to a given area. This decreases the likelihood of swelling and provide for better circulation to your joints and limbs. This also helps take precautions against oncoming injuries.

  •          Protection
Whether you are basketball player driving the lane and trying to avoid the swiping hands of defenders, or a marathon runner that is going through trees and other obstacles in your way, these sleeves act as a layer of protection for your skin. They also act as a barrier against bruises and scratches.

  •          Maintain body temperature
While trying to put on and remove layers becomes an inconvenient issue, the sleeves work as a layer that will moderate your body temperature more regularly.

  •          Recovery
Perhaps the most important benefit of wearing arm sleeves is that they help muscles that are sore after exercise to recover faster.
