KMAT 2016 Application Form will be issued by (Karnataka Private Post Graduate Colleges’ Association) on its official website. No physical or hard copy of the application form will be released. The candidates who want to appear in KMAT 2016, scheduled to be conducted on 29 May 2016, can fill the form. Before applying, they must read all the clauses of eligibility and ensure that they are met. In the form, they have to provide details related to personal, educational qualification, work experience, correspondence, and exam center preferences information. All the details should be correct and complete. Payment of the application fee can be done in the form of DD of amount Rs.600 drawn in the favour of “KMAT 2016” and payable at Bangalore. Printout of the application form and photocopy of the DD must be retained by the candidate till MBA enrolment in the participating colleges is done. Without payment of application fee, the form will not be accepted.
