APICET 2016 Exam - Complete Details
APICET (Andhra Pradesh Integrated Common Entrance
Test) 2016 will be conducted by Andhra Pradesh State Board, on the behalf of
APSCHE, in May 2016. It is the state level examination to offer admission to
interested and eligible candidates in MBA postgraduate program for session
2016-18. Mode of the exam will be offline i.e. pen and paper. Candidates will
be selected for allotment on the basis of merit in the examination. There are
many participating government/private business schools that will accept score

APICET 2016 Exam Pattern
Exam will be held in offline mode i.e. candidates have to mark their
answers on an OMR sheet using black or blue ball point pen. The date of the
exam is expected to fall in March 2016. Candidates will have to solve 200
questions of objective type nature in 2.5 hours. They will not be allowed to
leave the exam hall before the duration ends, even if they have completed the
exam. Questions will be split in the following format: Section A: Analytical Ability – 75
questions, Section B: Mathematical Ability – 75 questions, and Section C:
Communication Ability – 50 questions. Each question will have 1 correct and 4
incorrect answers. For every correct answer, 1 mark will be given whereas for
every incorrect answer, 1/5 marks will be deducted.
APICET 2016 Eligibility Criteria
Candidate must be at least 21 years of age to apply. He must have
completed his bachelor’s degree in any discipline with minimum three years from a
recognized university/board. It is necessary to score at least 50% aggregate
marks in the qualifying examination (45% for SC/ST/PWD). Those who are
appearing in the final year exam can apply as well.

2016 Application Form
Candidates
can fill the online APICET 2016 application form from March 2016 onwards on the websites of
the examination and APSCHE. They have to supply correct, complete, and
functional details about personal (name, category, date of birth, and father’s
name etc.), educational qualification (qualifying exam board, year of passing,
and percentage etc.), work experience (if applicable), and correspondence
details (email ID, mobile number, and address etc.). Also, images of signature
and photograph must be uploaded in correct format to complete the process. The
last step is to pay application fee of Rs.250. Candidate can pay the fee in
online or offline mode.

2016 Admit Card
To
download the admit card, candidates can visit the official website of the exam.
No candidate will be sent admit card in post or courier to his residential
address. Registration number and date of birth must be provided to download the
admit card. It is necessary to bring the original admit card to the exam hall
else no permission to take the exam will be given.
