ATMA 2016 Admit Card will be released in online mode only by AIMS (Association of Indian Management Schools), the exam governing body. The candidates who have filled the application form successfully will be able to download the admit card from 5 May 2016 onwards. At the exam hall, candidates are required to carry printout of the admit card along with a valid photo ID proof. The invigilator will check the admit card and match details with the candidate attendance sheet. Admit card will show exam time, exam date, and exam venue so that a candidate can reach accordingly. On the admit card, candidate can find other information such as - name, father’s name, category, date of birth, course applied for and its code, photo, space for signature and thumb impression, application number, roll number, and some guidelines for the examination. It is suggested to keep the admit card in best of the condition till the final enrollment in participating colleges is done.
ATMA 2016 Admit Card – An Introduction
AIMS (Association of Indian Management Schools) will release the admit card on its official website on 5 May 2016. It will not be delivered in post or courier to any candidate’s residential address. At the exam hall, a candidate must carry two documents – printout of the atma 2016 admit card and a valid photo ID proof. In absence of these documents, no candidate will be allowed to enter the exam hall and take the exam. These documents will be needed to establish a candidate’s identity and verify him. If there is a doubt regarding identity, the invigilator might hold the candidate for further verification.
ATMA 2016 Admit Card – Method To Obtain
Candidates have to visit the official website of ATMA AIMS to download the admit card. Then, under the ‘ATMA Exam Details’ section, they must click the link of corresponding exam for MBA admission 2016-18. The link will further get split into sub-headings; candidates must now click the ‘Login for Candidates’ section. Now, they have to enter PID and password correctly in the respective fields. Once these details are entered and login button is pressed, candidates will be logged in their respective accounts. The next step is to find and click the link for admit card. It would now be shown on the computer screen from where it can be printed. The last step is to paste passport size photo on the same.

A candidate can see the following information on the admit card – name, father’s name, category, date of birth, course applied for and its code, photo, space for signature and thumb impression, application number, roll number, exam date, exam time, exam venue address and center code, and some guidelines for the examination. Sometime an error might creep in the details inadvertently, in this case, the candidate is required to report to the AIMS officials for correction and issue of an alternative admit card. The permission for entering the exam hall will be given only when all the details on admit card match with the candidate sheet present with the invigilator.
ATMA 2016 Admit Card – Precautions
Since admit card is an important identification proof, candidates must keep it in the best of condition till the final allotments are done. No marks using pen or pencil should be made on it as doing so will invalidate the admit card and ruin its aesthetic appeal. Any kind of mutilated, soiled, tampered, or marked exam admission card will not be accepted by the exam invigilator. Also, it should be noted that impersonation is a criminal offence and no candidate should get indulged in any similar activity. It will lead to ban from taking the exam in the future as well.
