Adding and Using Widgets in Your WordPress Site

How to Remove Widgets?
In order to remove widgets, all you need to do is go to Appearance>>Widgets. Simply click on the widget and that would expand and show you the settings for the widget. You can just click on ‘delete’ and the widgets and the widget would be removed.
In case of simple widgets, you can simply drag the widget and drop into the ‘Inactive Widgets’ Section.
Even after you remove the widget, the widget would still be there under the list of available widgets. To delete the widget completely, you would need to uninstall the plugin.
