mould is used to fabricate front bumper mould. The mould material is S45C. The
machine used for moulding is 2300T injection machine. The ejector system is
ejector block while the runner system is 9 valve gate hot runner. The life of
the front bumper mould is 150,000 shots.
Pipe fitting mould
Elbow mould and Lateral Tee mould are the two types of plastic
pipe fitting mould made by the company through injection
moulding. Elbow mould is made using a 2-cavity mould. The material of the mould
is Germany 2316. The machine used to fabricate the elbow mould is 360T
injection machine. The lifespan of the mould is equal to 1000,000 shots. The
hydraulic cylinder is used as the ejection system for this mould while the cold
runner is used as the runner system. In the case of lateral tee mould, the
machine used for injection moulding is 480T injection machine, and the mould
material is German 2316. Mould used is of a single cavity. Pin ejector system
is used for ejecting the mould from the machine. The cold runner is used as the
runner system. Life of the mould is 1000,000 shots.
Chair mould
The company also manufactures chair moulds for making home use chairs.
Double cavity moulds are used for making chair moulds by injection moulding.
The mould material used is 718, and the machine used for injection moulding is
1000T injection machine. The mould life equals 500,000 shots. The ejection
system used in the machine is a hydraulic cylinder system. The runner system is
edge gate hot runner system.
Crate mould
The company fabricates beer crate moulds for making beer crates with a
capacity of 12 beer bottles. Mould material used for moulding beer crates is
718 + BeCu. The machine used is the 780T injection machine. The mould life is
500,000 shots. Stripper plate system is used for ejecting beer crate moulds.
Fruit crate mould is yet another type of crate mould made by the
company.
