1. Connect either DVI video or VGA Source from

mixture of water and isopropyl alcohol to clean your planar.
- To clean the display
housing, use a soft cloth moistened with mild detergent for a better
cleaning experience.
Don't :
- Over
16 hours per day.
- Extremely hot, cold, or
humid environment.
- In direct sunlight.
- Near any appliance generating a
strong magnetic field.
- Do not remove the rear
cover of your LED LCD Monitor.
- Avoid touching the LED display screen
surface with any hard or sharp object
- Avoid using abrasive cleaners,
waxes, or solvents for your cleaning.
- Avoid operating the product
near areas subjected to excessive dust and dirt.
- For safety concerns,
please make sure the mounting kit is UL-listed, if the VESA mounting kit
is purchased separately and it must be replaceable only by service
personnel.
- Remove the power cord
immediately and call your service center if smoke, abnormal noise, or if
the odor is emitted from your LED LCD Monitor.
- Never try to repair your LED
LCD Monitor yourself. It is always advisable to call your service center
or a qualified technician to fix the issue.
Now let us look at Troubleshooting:
In case of No Power:
- Do not
forget to check all signal cables are properly installed.
- Ensure that the A/C power cord
is connected to the power adapter and the power supply is tightly
connected to the LED LCD Monitor.
- Try to plug another electrical device into the power outlet to
ensure that the outlet is supplying the proper voltage.
In case of Power on but no screen

- Adjust
brightness.
- Ensure to check the video cable
which is supplied with the LED LCD Monitor, is tightly secured to the
video output port on the back of the computer. If in case it is not,
tightly secure it.
