7 tips to Get success in crowdfunding

To achieve your goal and raise enough money to start your business, you need a solid strategy, carefully studied. Here are 7 tips to get success in funding.

 

#1. Start working on your campaign six months before launch

 

Crowdfunding campaigns have a limited duration
 in time, so do not rush to launch your
 campaigns immediately after defining 
the project. Work behind the scenes 
for a few months, start making word 
of mouth to let people know about 
your project, both among the people 
you know and online through social
 networks and blogs, collect contacts
 and, start only when you have a good
 starting point.

 

#2. Tell your story
 
Telling a good story is one of the most 
effective strategies to achieve your goals.
 Present your project in such a way that make
 a positive emotion in potential investors.
 Tells in an involving way the idea you have 
in your mind and make sure that your
 presentation reveals all the passion
 you put into your startup.
 
#3. Offer video and impact graphics
 
To win the trust of investors, 
the project must be presented effectively. 
Not only the presentation must be engaging 
and exciting, but it must also be hitting 
the attention from the graphical point of
 view. Make a professional and high-quality
 video, accompany it with a coherent graphic
 that reflects your personality and your 
project.

 

#4. Keep the duration of your campaign short

 

It is not necessary to have a longer 
duration crowdfunding campaign drive 
results in greater support from investors,
 indeed, most of the projects that have
 achieved their objective in terms of funding
 had a duration of less than one month. 
This is because a shorter duration can be 
an incentive for investors who have little 
time to decide whether to be part of the 
project or not.
 
#5. Define a clear and careful profit system
 
The profit system always pays a close 
attention on Investors. Think about the 
characteristics of your ideal supporter 
and establish a reward scale appropriate 
for the money offered and easily understood.

 

#6. Search for bloggers who can help you spread the word
 
Before launching your campaign, do an online
 search to find out which are the most 
influential bloggers in your niche. Get
 in touch with them and talk to them 
about your project. You can offer them
 a guest post to advertise to their 
audience or you can ask them to support
 your project by spreading the campaign 
on their blog.  In this way you can quickly 
reach to your audience that potentially 
interested in your project and willing to 
finance it.

 


#7. Engage with your Investors

Make sure to involve your investor in all 
phases of the project. Update them
 periodically on the progress of your
 work and thank them personally for 
their support. Create material reserved 
for them, such as a video, a section of 
your website, a music track in short, show
 them your gratitude and make them feel part
 of the project. By doing so you will gain 
even more trust and you can create a 
long-term and fruitful relationship for both
 parties.
