Shares with you these 5 tips, easy to follow, with which you will create a daily routine of facial beauty, as well as the body, and create habits that your skin will appreciate.

People always ask me what is the best beauty routine to follow each day . And I answer: the first step to get beautiful skin is to care about it and take care of your body, both outside and inside.

Your skin is the largest organ in the body and, like all of them, when we neglect them, they show the tension of this stress. Your lifestyle is always reflected in your face , and what you give to your body and how you treat it has consequences on the appearance of your skin care tips.

Your new daily beauty routine

With these 5 tips, which you can follow without much effort, you will be able to change some habits that your skin will appreciate:

Drink water!

It is very important that you drink enough water every day (about 8 glasses). Our skin is like a sponge, and you know what happens when a sponge dries: it gets stiff, dry, and hard to bend, and that's when it contracts. There are plenty of reasons to drink water .

By hydrating the skin and drinking enough water , you allow the cells to expand and the skin to stay hydrated.

Hydrated skin has flexible pores so it can "breathe" better, which allows toxins to be eliminated and natural oils can be easily secreted. Pores can flex, and as soon as they flex, they narrow again. It's like an exercise for your pores!

I drink 4 glasses of water every day, in one form or another, before leaving home! But many people tell me that they have a hard time drinking the recommended daily amount . If you also find it difficult, follow these tips and make it a habit:

  • Include water as part of your morning routine: have 3 glasses before leaving home .
  • Start your day with a cup of hot water with lemon : it will help your digestion and is good for purifying the body.
  • Keep a bottle or glass of water close to you during the day.
  • Drink herbal teas .
  • Flavor the water with lemon, lime, strawberry, mint, or ginger.
  • Eat watermelon : this fruit is made up of 92% water.
  • Broths also provide water, so include them in your diet to get more fluids.

Reduce toxins

Think that alcohol and tobacco dehydrate the skin . So it is always better to drink in moderation and not smoke.

Alcohol

Drinking too much alcohol causes the blood vessels to dilate, resulting in redness and spider veins on the skin's surface .

It can also cause skin diseases such as rosacea or psoriasis .

Excessive alcohol intake can cause permanent damage to the blood vessels, which will lose their tone and ability to contract. Also, keep in mind that drinking alcohol also affects the liver , and this is the organ that allows us to eliminate toxins .

Tobacco

When it comes to smoking, we all know that it is an unhealthy habit and that it can cause cancer. This is a real and important fact to think about every time you light a cigarette.

Also, the act of smoking draws wrinkles around the mouth . And if you don't smoke but have this problem, we can “iron” these fine lines with three simple Face Pilates  mouth exercises . Ideal as an anti-aging treatment for the face . Include them in your daily beauty routine!

Now make small upward movements with your cheeks.

Count to 9 and hold the last move up for 10 seconds. Just relax. And repeat 4 times.

Eat a balanced diet

One of the best ways to nourish your skin and fight aging is to eat a wide variety of fruits, vegetables, omega-3 fatty acids, and antioxidants. And it is that vitamins A, D, E, C and B are essential for good skin health. But, in what foods can you find them naturally?

Vitamin A

Includes most orange, yellow, or red vegetables, such as pumpkin, carrot, or sweet potato. Also fruits such as mango and melon, and dark green vegetables such as kale or spinach.

Vitamin D

Mackerel, salmon, herring, sardines, cod liver oil, eggs, shitake mushrooms, and the sun!

Vitamin E

Essential for the health of your skin and your eyes, it can be found in the vegetable oils of wheat germ and sunflower, nuts such as almonds, hazelnuts and sunflower seeds. You will also find this vitamin in green fruits and vegetables like spinach, broccoli, and kiwi.

Vitamin C

This vitamin protects cells and helps them regenerate. We always think of citrus fruits when we think of vitamin C but you will be surprised to know that kale, kiwi, broccoli, and strawberries are even richer in this vitamin.

Vitamin B

You can find it in whole and unprocessed foods. A complex group of 8 vitamins (thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, pyridoxine, biotin, cobolamin, and folate) are found in many foods. B2, riboflavin, is essential for good skin, hair, and nail health, and can be found in dark leafy greens, vegetables, mushrooms, asparagus, broccoli, avocado, Brussels sprouts, and almonds.
