1.Know the Reason -
During burnouts you either don’t have new ideas or the energy to process them. Sometimes you may think it is procrastination or laziness, but if you have been constantly working on the same topic or project for several days, it isn’t! Our mind is fond of making new connections and learning new concepts. When there is a lack of variety in the study material, we are overwhelmed by the repetition. The first step for eliminating a burnout is to figure out its inducer. Is it the type of assignment you are doing? The approaching deadlines? Missing the fun with friends and family? Or Ditching your hobbies?

2.Take a Break -
Permit yourself to do nothing for a few hours. Student life is packed with action, every hour of the day they have something on their plate. In the morning, it's rushing to college, the afternoon is spent in libraries or taking classes and during the evening they immerse themselves into the pool of assignments, practice & studies. Machines need fuel to function properly. Your body is running 24 hours, even when you sleep. This every-minute-pushy schedule is tiring for your mind and body. Unplug yourself from the college work for a while. Go for a movie, lose yourself into the character of a novel, makes some sketches or simply take a nap. A little me time lifts the stress off your shoulders. It will get you soaring grades in your Shekhawati University Result 2019.

3.Try Something Different - Don’t limit your daily routine to your degree, there is a lot to explore other than the technical aspects you are taught at college. Trying to see things you read in action in your everyday life is pivotal. But, a real break calls for a total detachment. For a day or two, go outside your city on a tour. Try adventure sports such as hacking or train in art you have never heard of. Do something you never did before. It doesn’t have to be grand. For example, if you are a programmer, leave the console and start sketching the people sitting around you. Watch a documentary on a subject you loved in childhood. The idea is to enjoy what you are doing and stop thinking of your overload of work you have. You will return refreshed to your desk, helping you to catch up on your work at full speed.

4.Talk to Mentors and Family - Discussing the challenges you are facing, helps to get rid of the mental blockage. Somewhere in our hearts, we know the solution to our problems, but we don’t want to admit it. Probably, because working on the issues is a lot of hard work. Thinking of the burden you have makes it even bigger. You see the entire work as a big mountain you can’t move. If you break it into small stones(tasks), getting the work done become easy. All you need is organizational skills and time-management. Talk to friends and loved ones who motivate you to take the right steps. When you go off the tangent, they are the people you should turn to for advice and suggestions.
