Keep pushing through the plateau
Plateau. According to Merriam Webster, one of the definitions of Plateau is a relatively stable level, period, or condition. Plateaus happen in all areas of our life and the plateau makes us think that we are standing still, not going anywhere. If you have ever been on a serious diet you know that there is this period when the weight goes and then suddenly you reach this point where you stop losing weight. It's called a plateau this is also where most diets fail because people stop seeing results.
The same thing happens in business. For a lot of people who join a legitimate business they have early success then hit this point where things stop happenning. It a plateau. And it also where most people quit. They think I'm not getting anywhere this is a waste of time. They view that plateau in the wrong way.
If you look at a plateau as it's described geographically, the plateau is the level land at the top of the cliff. You don't reach a plateau without progress. This photo of Plateau terraces is a very good visual representation. If you notice each plateau is like a step leading ever higher. But to reach the top you cannot stop when you reach the first plateau. Yes there is some level ground but if you keep pushing forward eventually you will move up to the next step. The next time you reach a point where it feels like you are going nowhere, just think of this beautiful landscape and keep up the work, it's just a plataau and if you have had success before you will have it again. Just don't quit, push past that plateau to the next level.

Is it something you are doing as part of a team, or by yourself?
I'm full of questions, I know. :)

Actually the webinar was something that I did just for the fun of it. I love sharing my knowledge with others. I've actually been busting my butt for a while on a project and it seems like the traction is sticking it just took the energy to build it up. The tires are at the point of smoking, it's just about time too peel out and leave black tread marks on the pavement!

Business wise I'm just in the steady space. But I see the next step looming now. Only because I've been keeping at it and not giving up.

What kind of plateau? Lack of inspiration, energy, physical shape?
