I used to get one everytime I clicked on to apsense it took over the computer and asked for a payment for a code to get it back on it also stopped you getting into your anti-virus the way I got it out was to go into my computer right click the Hard disk and run the anti virus from there that got it out,they are getting more and more sophisticated as time goes by,but yhey always leave adoor open so they can switch it back on ,and that is their door straight to the hard disk
