Success equals determination and hard work
With new found knowledge and experience I have to say that to be successful the first thing that is needed is the determination and strong will to succeed. It is very tough to succeed without putting in the effort, time, thoughts, and planning. In any kind of business there is always that little thing called actual work that makes or breaks a company. I have actually put in lots of time in my business ventures and with that time I have not only gained more knowledge but also gained recognition and experience. One can even find room for expansion or growth with time and effort doing things like, selling yourself and your business but not being too pushy. I always made the sales just by talking about my feelings on the products I sold and always had answers about them. If you don't know your product or service you can't sell it. Another thing that helps is attitude and personality that is kind but some what assertive but not too assertive and it is okay to accept a no answer, they may say no now but later on they may say yes because you were not too pushy and your technique was good.
I always tell my potential clients that I am always available if they have more questions but also in case they change their minds while doing this expressing that I understand why they say no right now. I am not afraid to ask why they say no and then tell them I available anytime and they can change their minds later if they want.
