if you want to turn this thing into a vegetarian recipe , put all the ingredients except for the shrimps and the taste is still the same.

Can you post a recipe for a Thai omelette with pork? I can't seem to get the sauce right!

Where I eat the noodles will usually be paw se eu gai or moo, but at 30 baht a bowl (that will feed both Nai and me) I am happy! Perhaps if I went to where the tourist go I'd find it, but I am much more happier with the vendors who come by my room and the "family" food stands! That is real THAI FOOD!

Hi Khun Jun!
Here in Pattaya I have never seen it on a vendor cart or stand. Mostly kapow or kowpat! And in Issan, at least Jonga never...only things that I never see, but delicious! EVERYTIME!
