Offline Promoting Tips
Some of these tips may have already been sought out but maybe some haven't thought about it cause it doesn't stand out as much as promoting via blogs, search engines, forums etc.I live in a city with a population well over 1 Million and i don't see too many people advertising their home based business.
When you're walking down a busy street or through a busy mall you're walking by hundreds to thousands of people a day.
I've noticed when people walk by other people the first thing people look at are either the face or the shirt that they're wearing.
Yeah i know, my life seems to be a little weird but hey...
T-Shirts/Sweaters
A shirt that is well designed and makes your appearance stand out will get more attention and this is why i think getting a T-Shirt or a sweater that promotes your business would be a good approach, why not promote while you're walking around?
Stickers/Decals
Do you drive a vehicle?
Why not get a bumper sticker or a decal for your vehicle, everybody checks out other vehicles around them, why not give them something else to see and something for them to check out when they get home from work.
Notepads
Do you write alot of notes and pass them along to other people?
Maybe getting some note pads with your logo, business name and website on it.
It's bound to catch some eyes.
If someone pulled out their notepad in front of you, where do look first? probably wherever you see a logo or something of sort.
These are just a few things i wanted to share.
