Do You Have Loyal Customers?
How many times have you heard...Its easier to keep a customer, than it is to get a new one?. But how do you do this?
There are certain people that I buy from, quite often, you know why?I like their service or product, I like the person or store, and I get value for my dollars spent. These three
factors are consistent every time, and if not, read more here
I recently found a hidden treasure, written by Jon Olson called
"The Customer Loyalty Handbook". This is rarely discussed in the network marketing industry.
He answers questions like...
*What is customer loyalty?
*Why is it important to my business?
*How do I build a loyal customer base?
With so much of the hype, false promises, the next big thing, jump in with me stuff...we all should ask ourselves...

subscribers day after day! If you don't earn their loyalty, you will definitely lose them to someone else who does earn it...That's for sure!

I sometimes wondered why I would pay such a high price for an iPhone even though it's not perfect and may soon be replaced with a better and cheaper model in less than a year. Is this a case of customer loyalty? You bet, it is!!

Businesses use their branding as a vehicle, coupled with advertising, for achieving customer loyalty. If successful, customers don't even look at price when they buy the products of this company. Once brand loyalty is achieved, this company will not skimp, in terms of money and legal expense, at protecting its brand. They are more interested in maximizing the life-time value of this loyal customer than chasing a new customer who may be more expensive to acquire.
