i am looking to build my business center. please send me links you have to free affiliate programs that have to with: classified ads, online business tools, e-tools, magazines, freebies, phone cards, and software.

it is preferable that the affiliate program not require me to submit my social security number online to start. also, i would like the link to have a simple registration process. i would love to start a program that will pay you for clicks to a banner on your website. that would be great. it would also be great if the program paid via pay pal.
