Words of Encouragement
Words of encouragement are important, but how often do
we give them or even received them. I've been in many different programs in my 5 years of internet marketing
and words of encouragement from an sponsor or upline are very few.
Why? Are we interested in nothing but money, money, money. What about the affliate under you. Do you connect with them at all - do you even try.
Remember that once you were in their position. They will not stay in a program if they cannot get help from
their sponsor. If you are not willing to help those under you, how do you expect them to follow you.
Now, I know you are saying, "Fine, but no one responds" If they do not respond they are not really serious about a business and you just move on. Find those who do respond and keep in touch. Help them and teach them what to do. If you help and encourge others they will be more willing to follow you.
Encouraging your downline is important, but let's look at the sponsor who keeps in touch with his downline. Do you constantly complain to them about others in the program or the program itself. Have you ever thought about sending a "Thank You" to your sponsor for the work he does. Try it sometime you might be surprised.
I am in a brand new program 2x2prosperityformula. Just had Grand Opening yesterday, but I am not here to promote this program. Being newly launched there are many glitches and bugs to iron out, but my sponsor is always there to help when needed. He always answers my emails within 24 hours. I ran into a problem with a paid member not being able to access the website, my sponsor was there to help when I asked.
I sent him a short email to say "Thank You" Here is just a quote from the response he sent back to me.
"That means a lot coming from you.
If I got sponsored by you in a program
I would be awesomely happy.
Because you make sure that you
your members which is what
it is all about."
I placed this quote here just to emphasize the importance of encouraging and helping others including your sponsor.
