A little dinner music to go with that Stuffed Corn Chowder Jeff is working on!
Jeff you can't talk about crawfish and shrimp without causing two reactions one my mouth waters and two I begin to crave the sounds of some good Louisiana swamp music, also known as Zydeco. I had this saved on my YouTube favorites and thought I would share it here. I've been a fan of this young man since he was seven years old working the seafood festival circuit of the Deep South. He blew me away then and now he is 16 but still awesome.

As Jeff says the kid is da bomb!
We know and love Zydeco: Stanley Dural Jr is our favourite at the moment. Monika is from
a Slavic country so the accordian..harp..is a wonderfull and well used instrument in all her folk music. The violin as played by the true Gypsies of Hungary is as good as it gets.

Hunter hayes just blows me away, I think he has an album out now. I need to check into that but he is one well known kid. He has appeared on Nickolodeon's Figure it Out, been featured in People Magazine and numerous other TV appearances since the age of 4.

I know Jenn, I saw him live when he was seven and could not believe my eyes and ears. It's hard to believe how old he is now.
