My Cajun Stuffed Corn Chowder is like an empanada... I could make a sauce with blue crab to accompany it... either red, white or, garlic and herb

"Stuffed" Cajun Corn Chowder, packed with Shrimp And Crawfish... I'm working on recipes for a contest... This dish would probably be great party fare, because it can be served hot or cold... Watch for my blog! :)

The real party is tomorrow! My sis and I are celebrating together since her birthday is tomorrow

Thanks Garnet, You're not too late since my birthday party won't occur until July 5th. My sis and I are both celebrating our birthdays then since they are so close. Mine was the 25th and hers is the 5th so we are doing a triple birthday celebration since we are throwing in 4th of July too!

Yeah, it's got a " Catchy" or 'hooky" quality that makes for a great jingle! :)

I've written and recorded a song or two in my day ( about 67 or so), and I like this one a lot. I'm glad that you like it too, because one day some folks might walk up to you, and say 'There's the Legal Lady!" and begin singing it to you! :)
