The premise of the site is that you get paid when people call you ($0.05 per call) and you get paid for people you refer to the website ($1 per referral). The only catch is that your friends have to hear a 10 second advertisement. You get a free phone number for your friends to call and when they call, they hear the ad and you get paid.
