Cream Cheese Hamburgers???

I know!  Strange, huh?  LOL!  Well, this is what I found.  Adding sour cream to a great burger just gives it a little more subtle filling.  I know that if you are not a cream cheese lover this sounds gross.  And my family really cannot stand cream cheese at all.  Yep, only me.  I am the culprate.  I LOVE cream cheese.

I just could not resist doing this.  And my guy (whom hates cream cheese, I am not allowed to buy it,  LOL!).  I snuck it in on him.  And he never tasted the cream cheese!  But did say, "Hun, these are the best burgers you have ever made to date.".  Any cream cheese hater will love this recipe.

This recipe will make four good size burgers.

1/2 pound of Ground Beef                                  1 teaspoon of Dried Parsley
1/2 Pound of Pork Sausage                                1 Egg
1 ounce of Softened Cream Cheese                   1/4 Teaspoon of Paprika
1/4 Cup of Bread Crumbs                                    Salt and Pepper to Taste
1 Medium Onion (Finely Chopped)

In a large bowl mix the Cream Cheese, Bread Crumbs, Onion, Parsley, Egg, Paprika, Salt, and Pepper well.  Then crumble the beef and sausage over the mixtire and mix very well.  Shape your patties and TA-DA!  Ready to Grill or over medium heat on the Stove.  Cook uncovered for 5-6 minutes on each side.

Cream Cheese Hamburgers?  YOU WILL LOVE IT!!!!!

You said "sour cream" instead of "cream cheese" at one point but I decided you said cream cheese the most so I'm going to use cream cheese. Thanks for the idea. What I need is a way to sneak veggies into my husband's hamburger though . . . he won't touch them! All he eats are meat and sugar and junkfood like ice cream, donuts, it's fustrating.

Add a couple of teaspoons of beet juice to your mixture, that's right, BEET juice from the can--

The combining of this with anything that has cream cheese or sour cream will make for one of the tastiest burgers you'll ever eat...
