This last week and onwards :)
Hi there my friends ...
Well the good news is that I have given up smoking and am on to day 5 of my new healthier lfestyle. I have had a difficult day but i am getting better and hanging in there. I have smoked every day of my adult life so its no small feat and a huge addiction. I will not allow myself to fail this time :))
I have had my grandsons visiting today and enjoyed a cuddle or two which was lovely too. I hope you are ok and all is going well this January and that you are managing any resolutions and reaching for your own dreams and goals already ... the year is young ... lets make it ours and fill it with dreams ... what a lovely thought huh?
I have decided that i will enjoy each day and stop to smell tho roses ... stop putting off enjoying life and when i fancy a nice treat, a good book or a new lipstick, a creamcake or any other product ... I will get it as long as i can afford it ... too often i think we do without small things just because we feel we ought not to ... well ... lifes for living so i am going with that this year hehe :)) I did just that at the weekend too as i treated myself to some lovely new crafting stamps and computer software (see pic of one thing i made from my bargain )
Anyway I hope you will have a lovely month and a lovely year my friend. All of my friends are important to me and if i don't email as much as i should, please forgive me ... its just life, and time .... and i know you know what i mean as i think its the same for us all
