Kale rich in vitamin C. Vitamin C more than for colds!. Some information supports that vitamin C may help with mood.

These colors are known as carotenoids, flavonoids an cruciferious.

Carotenoid are the phytonutrients that create the  pigments in fruits and vegetable.

Flavonoids are antioxidant phytonutrients that are found in fruits, vegetable, green tea etc.

Crucifers are compounds in cruciferious vegetables.

It is good to know why we should select certain vegetable or fruits.

Some just tast good. Kale is rich in vitamin C according to the label on fresh kale  package.

So when we pick kale at 170% of the daily amount  I am on the right track. Sense I don't know if I actually received that much, I take a vitamin C with  bioflavonoids to ensure I receive the amout of C I need.

My business is more than just about taking a lot of pills, capsules but about natures blue print in phytonutrients.

In the program we have Aloe drink to Zinc.
